I was testing my lens in the coffee shop that I usually go near the farmer market on Sunday morning. And the staff fixed me up with a better looking coffee

He said it in a distance that I needed a better coffee
It tasted so good and I didn't even know what it is. It was likely a Mocha, I sat there in Bay Coffee not wanting to finish the lovely Mocha with a beautiful face. And the story warmed me up with smile and giggles all weekend. Thank to the wonderful staff of Bay Coffee.
And darn it, I wish I had better picture for the close up. I have sold and bought back my 2nd copy of Tamron SP 17mm f/3.5 adaptall-2 (51BB). I sold the earlier version with 51B that has a built in sets of optical filters and I later regretted it and bought a sibling copy with 51BB. The lens works well with my Sony NEX 5N and the shots above were all taken with my Sony NEX 5N.

Hi, can I ask how you connect the Tamron SP to the Nex 5n? I have been struggling to find out how you do this. Ta
I have the Tamron Adaptall-2 for Pentax K/A mount adapter. And I also have the Pentax K to NEX adapter. So if you have your camera on the left side and the lens on the right side, the order goes like this:
NEX 5n --> Pentax K to NEX adapter --> Tamron adaptall-2 p/ka adapter --> Tamron adaptall-2 lens
And among the SLR lens mount, I find the Konica AR mount to be the smaller one, thinner by about 4 mm but I won't recommend going that route if you don't yet have Konica AR adapters.
You should also look at the "Adaptall-2 to NEX" in eBay and I saw a couple of them. They are big like a normal SLR adapter and that will save you one adapter and you can reuse the "adaptall-2 to NEX" adapter for all of your adaptall-2 lenses.
Try to search in ebay adaptall-2 to NEX adapter. I may purchase one and the order will go like this:
nex 5n --> adaptall-2 to NEX --> Tamron adaptall-2 lens
Brilliant and such a speedy response, thanks. I'll go try pick up the adaptall-2 to NEX adapter. Hope it works. Cheers
